I recently had a delightful stay at a hotel in the heart of Tuscany. This hidden gem surpassed all my expectations, offering great value for money. The attention to detail and level of service provided by the staff were outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and made me feel like a valued guest.

My experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I struggled to find any aspect that could be improved. Everything was just perfect.

The owner, Gloria Bernini, and her father run a warm, comfortable hotel. Gloria is extremely accomodating and helpful. The price of the room was fair, and the included breakfast buffet was delicious and convenient. The rooms were clean, had beautiful private balconies (no view though), and the hotel had a working elevator! I would recommend this hotel...a family run operation with obvious pride in doing it right!

After spending the previous two weeks in various hotels throughout Italy, I was a bit surprised to see that this hotel looked more like a typical American hotel than the charming, hidden places I had been staying in. Because it is not within the Pienza city walls, it has a much newer, modern, look than some of the centuries old places around. As it turned out, the location is within a 5 minute walk of the city walls, and I appreciated the modern conveniences such as reliable air- conditioning and a full (free!) breakfast. The best part of the stay, however, is the dedication and care of Gloria, the owner.

The breakfast buffet was also a nice touch, providing a good start to our days of sightseeing. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider returning if we're ever in the area again.

Absolutely nothing was a letdown during our stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. It is within a walking distance to the center. We visited the other Tuscan medival villages and Banfi vineyard while staying here. We appreciated good quality linens and a firm king size bed. The madame speaks very basic English and was helpful.

We did not care for their interior decor. The room we stayed at (Room 101)faces to the back of the building and a bit dark. The road this inn is located at has fairly heavy traffic.

Friendly first class service, spotlessly clean rooms, excellent breakfast, convenient for free parking and good restaurants as recommended by hotel staff. Altogether a good experience.

Due to tile floors and construction, sounds travel through the walls throughout the entire building. One might want to use ear plugs, if a light sleeper.
